My daughter and I used deck paint - we used white and needed 2 coats but it made a HUGE difference - easy to clean, sweep and no splinters. I don't know if your needs sanding because of the age, but ours seemed to lay right down once the first layer of paint went on.<br><br>We kept the paint for 3 or 4 years and had a lot of rugs around, when we mentioned about doing the floor - its amazing how many people thought it we had the finished one already.:-D eirdrehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00335990081002910254noreply@blogger.com
