Close, it's spelled 'paella' (double L makes long e sound), and it looks really good! I found your blog through the canning list. I'll be back. You have some good info and great photos! Much to learn.

I'll have to find the recipe it was from a show on PBS. Now that I know how to spell Paella it shouldn't be so hard to find. - Kimberly
