Liquidtex White Ink

I put it through a spray bottle but it's really chalky, am wondering if it's permanent on fabric or not???

I noticed it has the consistancy of gesso.

I will be adding more surface embellishment to the piece once the heat wave passes, right now it's just too hot to do much of anything.
