Remeber back on June 26th I recieved a call from Sears informing me that my newly arrived chest freezer had been dropped and was damaged beyond repair? If not go read that post. Now for yesterday's exciting news, Sears calls our replacement freezer is here!!! Yippee I'm walking on clouds, until dh opens the box and finds that it's damaged and very badly

oh my, 10 or 15 years ago, Sears did the same thing to my freezer! We lived about 1 and 1/2 hours drive from the Sears store and we discovered the same type of damage after we got home. sigh. They sent a guy out to "repair" it, and they ended up replacing the motor and all the freon!
