That looks good!! I'm new to canning so please forgive the question, but are those pickled? Also, where can I get the directions to can that (i.e. processing time, ingredients, etc).Thanks!
Yes they are pickled, the instructions are in the files section of the Canning2 Yahoo list group. I'll ask to see if I can post the instructions here.

We found a Pepsi canning jar, of all things, in our canning jar supply it's a pint jar that is currently filled with Garden Medley.
