Bigos or Polish Hunter's Stew is on tonights menu.
A view in my sewing room, my beads are over there on that wall, and I'm sitting over here; looks like it's time to clear a path so that I can start beading and stitching once again.
The beads look yummy, and so does the bigos! I just had bigos for the first time while traveling in Poland. Is there a recipe you would recommend? I found so many different recipes online that I wasn't sure which to try.
Thank you Deborah!!! I think you will have to experiment with the Bigos recipes, I made this for the first time yesterday and plan to do things differently next time.
