This looks SO good, and right at a time when I am trying to cut back on carbs to loose weight! I can almost smell the sauce through the monitor...I think I am going to try your cranberry apple sauce for those days when I need to tame the sweet tooth. You are a life saver!

I'll ask John for his recipe and YES we are going to can the sauce - I had planned to can it over xmas holiday but we both came down with norovirus so it never happened.Michele - notice the huge salad eat it and lots of it first! Then have a small portion of spagetti and a single slice of bread.
That would be great. I really appreciate it. I have a fridge full of tomatoes from the garden and a bunch more getting ready to ripen in the next week or so.
John makes his spagetti sauce from canned tomato sauce not fresh tomatoes. We never have enough fresh tomatoes at any one time to make sauce with.
